Job Description
NOTE that this position is designated for Employment Equity (EE) candidates and is specifically reserved for persons with disabilities, in line with the EE Act.
Main Purpose: To provide comprehensive administrative, project coordination, and document management support across all skills development, and HR-related programmes.
Key Performance Areas:
- Leaners will be enrolled in a learnership (NQF Level 4 or 5) in addition to the below.
- Ensure effective administration, logistical arrangement, and continuous improvement of programmes through accurate reporting and development support.
- Assist in coordinating internal project initiatives.
- Conduct data integrity checks and quality assurance on all programme-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support, track, monitor, and generate reports on skills development programmes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, project governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements and standards.
- Verify and maintain service provider documentation including invoices, attendance registers, logbooks, and related programme documents.
- Provide administrative support for Employee Wellbeing Projects.
- Support ad hoc projects in the Training -, Talent - and Skills Development departments as week as the Employee Wellness Programme.
- Assist with tracking academic progress and associated costs for bursary and / or SD&L Project learners.
- Assist with planning, organising and preparing scopes of work, scheduling and communication for projects and programmes, where needed.
- Any other job-related duties as required from time to time.

- Excellent document management and accuracy.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- High attention to detail and ability to conduct quality checks.
- Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- 1-2 Years’ proven experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of Protection of Personal and Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa as the role requires extreme confidentiality regarding the data that will be handled.

- Computer literate (MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
